How long does it take to get an answer?
    As soon as possible! But you should get an answer within 24hs.  If you contacted using email, make sure to check your junk mail for an answer.

I sent a message! Can you guarantee that you will save the stuff I'm looking for?
  I wish it could be a guarantee. I will delete the sold items as soon as possible, but it might take a little time. So the answer is no. Sorry.
